For Prenatal Yoga/ Prenatal Yoga for Partners and Postnatal Yoga are available by booking with Nina. These sessions are terrific whether you are~
- New to yoga and would like to come to understand more fully the benefits of practicing yoga for pregnancy and childbirth
- An established yoga practitioner, these sessions offer the opportunity to deepen your practice and appreciate the subtleties of a more pregnancy focused approach to your yoga
- With babe in arms, these sessions can include your baby, and will look at how you can make yoga a meaningful part of your journey through early motherhood
These sessions will last around one and a half to two hours and will be followed up with your own notes to help you continue your practice at home.
