Yoga and Birthing 4 Week Course

mamashanti's unique 4 week course of yoga for pregnancy & childbirth.

Take this opportunity to immerse yourselves in yoga.  By practicing with your partner, you will learn the many ways yoga can help to create comfort during pregnancy and prepare you both for childbirth.

10 – 12pm Sundays.  4 sessions from 6 to 27 July 2008
